CUSToM ORDERS

Availability Update as of May 31st, 2023:

 

I am accepting new custom order through July 2023. I am now booking private decorating parties/classes. Checkout the party page for more info!

Custom Order Details:

  • ​Minimum custom order is 2 dozen

  • Cookie orders start at $48/dozen. Every custom order is individually priced based on complexity of design and number of colors. I am ALWAYS willing to make recommendations to keep you within budget, so please contact me for a custom order quote

    • 2 dozen orders include 4-5 designs/colors;

    • 3 dozen orders include 5-6 designs/colors;   

    • 4+ dozen include 6-8 designs/colors 

  • I am not able to offer characters or licensed images due to copyright laws. I am happy to come up with a complimentary cookie design to match any party theme.

  • Each order is made in a kitchen that processes foods with eggs, all types of nuts, dairy, shellfish, sesame and wheat products. If you have any questions about a particular ingredient please contact me.

  • I am not able to offer gluten-free or vegan cookies.

  • For freshness and protection in transit all cookies come wrapped in clear plastic bags. 

  • I am unable to ship cookies. Local pick-up only.

  • At any given time I am booked out 1-3 months. Do not wait to contact me. I just need the approximate number of cookies you’ll need, party theme and a date. Orders can be adjusted up to one month prior to pick-up. 

 Terms & Conditions: 

  • A 50% Retainer is required upon booking. Retainers are non-refundable. Retainer invoices must be paid within 24 hours or invoice will be cancelled and the date will be opened up for other orders. 

  • Cancellation Policy: 

    • Cancellations with less than two weeks prior to pick-up date: Retainer will be forfeited. 

    • Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to pick-up date: Retainer may be transferred to a future date. 

  • Full balance is due two weeks prior to pickup or your order will not be baked. I don't accept any cancellations or give any refunds after final balance has been paid. If your event is cancelled, I will provide detailed freezing instructions to keep your cookies fresh for up to 3 months.

  • In the unlikely event I am unable to complete your order, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be provided to you.

  • I don't accept returns on custom decorated cookies; however, please contact me immediately if you have any issues with your order. All orders will include a cookie care card. These directions must be followed to insure your cookies stay beautiful and fresh for your event. I cannot be responsible for loss of cookies or any damaged or broken cookies once they leave my possession. 

  • If your order includes personalization details: All cookies will be created and personalized exactly as typed on your invoice. I cannot be held responsible for typos once your invoice has been paid. Please double check spelling, dates, ages, for accuracy and inform me ASAP if there are any typographical errors. 

  • I will always do by best to color-match based on your invitation or inspiration photos. Every monitor or mobile display has differing capabilities to display color, and every individual may see these colors differently.  For these reasons I cannot be held responsible for exact color-matching unless a physical color sample is provided to me.

  • Pre-arranged pickup dates and times are firm.
